The Publication Protocol for the Resource Public Key Infrastructure (RPKI), RFC8181, is used by delegated certificate authorities to communicate with their parent CA.
The endpoints on this host are used by delegated RPKI CAs, such as krill, to communicate with their parent CA. The child CA uses these endpoints to check if the CA's resources have changed, request a new certificate if needed, etc.
